The membership group shown on the website refers to the access level for using the website. Annual membership refers to the membership category related to eligibility for competition registration, and it is currently unified into a single level. Annual membership remains valid for one year from the date of registration, and it must be completed before applying for a competition.
To request a Certificate of Participation or an Award Certificate, please send an email to IROC at support@iroc.org with the following information. We usually respond within 7 business days.
Before the competition, please review the regulations in advance to understand what type of robot (pre-built/on-site assembly, etc.) is required for your chosen category. Make sure to bring all necessary materials accordingly.
We highly recommend you come to the competition site early to check your materials for the match.

You can sign up for a 1 day tour program, which will be organized by the authorized travel agency. We will upload a notice regarding the program before the competition.

1) If you participate a tournament-based category, you can participate the game when you arrive at the competition site before the draw. After the draw, you can’t participate.
2) If you participate a non-tournament based category, you can participate the game when you arrive at the competition site before the mission is officially announced.
If you need to use the restroom during the competition, please inform a nearby staff member.
To prevent any unfair practices, a staff member will accompany you.
Medical supplies and staff are on standby at the competition office. If you need assistance, please ask a nearby staff member for help.
The participants are not allowed to talk to anyone in the observer area once the competition has started.
Parents and mentors are not allowed to provide help (hand them materials, communicate with them, etc.) in any way.

The organizers will announce the registration and entry times for the competition.
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at the venue about 30 minutes before the registration time to help participants organize their belongings.

Once all details are finalized, the schedule will be announced on the website’s notice board.
If you participate a game which you use a pre-built robots, you can bring your spare robots.
But both the main and your spare robots should be checked by a referee before match.
If you want to use spare robot, you must tell the referee before the match begins.
