The official governance manual of the International Robot Olympiad (IRO),
establishing its organizational structure and governance principles.
This manual sets forth the fundamental principles of IRO, including the roles and responsibilities of its organizational bodies and committees, the independence and authority of the Secretariat, ethics and conflict of interest policies, committee service and financial support, disciplinary procedures, and appeals.
It provides a framework for maintaining fairness, transparency, neutrality, accountability, and educational excellence as an international educational and robotics competition.
